Shizuoka Prefectural Police's Hamamatsu Higashi Station announced that around 8 p.m. on September 5, 2026, they arrested a Brazilian national, 41, unemployed and residing in Kaizuka, Iwata City, on the spot on suspicion of violating the Stimulant Drug Control Act for possession.
