Shizuoka Prefectural Police's Tenryu Station announced on August 8, 2026 that it had arrested two Chinese women, 48 and 44, and a Vietnamese woman, 31, on suspicion of violating the Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business. According to a report by Shizuoka Broadcasting System, they are accused of operating a private massage parlor providing sexual services on May 11 and 12 of that year in an area of Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu, where sex-related businesses are prohibited.
