The general incorporated association Fujisawa Masjid, which is planning to build a mosque in the Miyahara area of Fujisawa City, had launched an official website about the project by January 18, 2026. The site includes a contact form and a frequently-asked-questions section, and the organization states that it "values dialogue with the local community and will carefully respond to questions and concerns," signaling an emphasis on building trust with residents.
Locally, a briefing session for residents was also reportedly held on December 20, 2025 at the Goshomi Citizens' Center, attended by six members of Fujisawa Masjid, who explained measures such as traffic congestion countermeasures and the establishment of an operating committee.
